Tonight I declared American night. We indulged in Pizza Hut pizza - the first I've had in more than a year - liberally sprinkled with salt. The Brits are quite serious about sodium intake. And I sacrificed my last American brownie mix and whipped up a batch of hot fudge sauce to go with it.
Mmmmmmm.
Life is good.
