Sticky Toffee Pudding

I finally tried it.  Points of interest:

• It's not pudding; it's a pudding - as in the British word for dessert.
• It's basically a super-dense steamed sponge cake with either dates or prunes in it.  I couldn't taste them.
• The toffee (caramel) sauce is to-die-for!

One more thing checked off of my "must do before I leave England" list. :0)
