Cork with Ace

I've now lived in the UK for about 6 months and I'm still amazed at how little I understand the English here.

For instance, I was recently flying home for Christmas and seated next to a British lady for 7 1/2 hours on the plane. Each time the flight attendant came around she ordered "Cork with Ace." I just thought it was some weird drink I'd never heard of before. The third time she ordered it I saw what the flight attendant poured. It was COKE with ICE.

Hopefully, one of these days I'll learn to interpret correctly.

Until then, you get to hear my amusing stories.

This is great! I feel like you could write a British version of Mad Gab!
