Field Trip!

Today, I took a field trip with several of my friends. We drove for quite some time and then arrived at our final destination. It was wonderful. We sat and ate and watched the conveyor belt for an hour and a half. Sometimes it's just nice to savor something familiar.

Hello! I just found out about your blog and I was so excited that I read all the way back to the beginning. I love your insightful writing about your daily life and travels. Since I know what a big reader you are, perhaps you have read all the James Herriot books. When we were in England my favorite part of our traveling through the country was when we stumbled upon Thirsk, the real name of the village called Darrowby in the books. If you have a chance, plan on spending an afternoon there sometime. It is like traveling back in time!!
