I used to only mildly dislike switching off of daylight savings time. Fall back meant an extra hour of sleep. I like sleep. Today, I decided I REALLY DON'T LIKE regular time. It's almost dark, and it's only 4:27, and it's only October. Apparently early darkness affects my speech patterns and I can't formulate grammatically correct sentences anymore. Or complex sentences. And it makes me grumpy. It being the early darkness, not the lack of ability to make coherent complex sentences. I don't like to be grumpy.
The only good news is that for seven days I'm only five hours different from Central Time. Maybe by the time we're back to six hours apart I'll have regained my perspective . . . and my writing ability.
