First of all, desserts are called puddings, even if they're not pudding. For instance, you might have a get-together where you have puds and tea. So, my favorite British pudding is Banoffee Pie. It is a delectable pie consisting of a biscuit crumb crust (we would call it a graham cracker crust in the US, but there are no graham crackers here and don't forget that biscuits are actually store-bought crisp cookies), a toffee layer, bananas, and real whipped cream. A drizzle of chocolate can also be added on top.
It's as wonderful as it sounds - you should try it.
