It seems like every building here has a name. Addresses here are sooooooo long compared to our American ones.

Street number and Name
City, County, Post Code
(and if mailed from anywhere else in the world, Country)
Really? Why do you need the building name if there is only one building at each street number? Hmmmmm . . .
Although, this does make the British fiction that I've read make so much more sense. Living in a "named" house doesn't necessarily mean you're wealthy, it just means you have some type of British influence. I think I'm going to name my next abode just to make me feel like my address is long enough.
